Governing Documents

The Royal Oaks Civic Association, Inc. (ROCA) is governed through its Deed Restrictions (shown below), which are a declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions for the Royal Oaks Subdivison.

Governance of ROCA is achieved through its Bylaws (also shown below).
 

The ROCA Owner Agent Form is also listed below, this form once completed authorizes an agent on behalf of a ROCA lot owner.

ROCA is also governed in compliance with the Texas Property Code.
